Diversify Dietetics invites applications for the position of Dietetic Internship Program Coordinator of the Diversify Dietetics Internship Program. This is a free-standing, regional distance dietetic internship that will partner with graduate programs across the southeastern U.S. This is a developing program that plans to matriculate its first class in early 2023.
The Program Coordinator will work with the Program Director to shape the culture and advancement of the program. The Program Coordinator will be highly involved in site evaluation, stewarding relationships with preceptors, and scheduling supervised practice rotations for program interns. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the organizational aspects of the program, including: site selection and evaluation; preceptor and student recruitment; affiliation agreement maintenance; rotation schedule development and maintenance; teaching and advising students. The Program Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Program Director to orient and review preceptors; monitor and evaluate the students, preceptors/sites, and program. The Program Coordinator will teach and advise within the program.

As the communications consultant, you’ll support the Diversify Dietetics team in communicating effectively to students, dietetic interns, professionals, educators, current/potential donors, and event sponsors through newsletter, blog, email, and social media.
