SPEAKER’S BIOS
Gisela Bouvier is an English and Spanish speaking wife, mom, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, living in Southwest FL. In 2008, Gisela received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and her Master's of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University in 2014. In 2016, Gisela founded Gisela Bouvier Nutrition. Her business focused on creating in-person and virtual Corporate Wellness workshops and programs, with a focus on Mindful and Instinctive Eating. She now continues to share her passion for Mindful Nourishment as an Associate Director of Business Development with Unidine Corporation. Gisela has been featured in numerous media and publications, including, ABC7 News, Despierta America, Acceso Total, Reader’s Digest, and Thrive Global. She is also the co-creator of the Mindful and Instinctive Eating Certification Program and a Certified Barre Instructor.
Amy is a Registered Dietitian, Yoga Teacher and the owner of Dietitian Institute. She has over 16 years working with clients. She began using the mindful and instinctive eating approaches after seeing clients struggle to balance their wellness goals with their hectic schedules. Amy is also a coach and mentor to Registered Dietitians with 10 years experience in the entrepreneurial realm (virtual counseling with 1:1 and group clients and B2B consulting). She provides skill trainings and workshops to for Dietitians who want to find success and happiness on their career or entrepreneurial journey.
