Health Counselor - University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC)

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a full-time Health Counselor for their NIH grant funded weight loss intervention optimization trial called FAMily WEL B-ing Study.

The Health Counselor will be responsible for delivering lifestyle intervention and data collection. The ideal candidate will live in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area, hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, and have experience in nutrition, health behavior, exercise physiology, public health, social work, or related field.

This position is full-time, time-limited and funded for approximately 3 years. Hiring range: $62,000 - $73,000. Application deadline: October 3, 2024.
